Woodfire Alternative Energy Biomass Loggettes vs Regular Firewood
Woodfire Alternative Energy Biomass Loggettes have a high BTU value, twice that of firewood pound for pound and nearly three times the heating value on an equal volume basis. It has the same rate of combustion efficiency as natural gas (78% for gas, 78% for Woodfire).
Woodfire Alternative Energy Biomass Loggettes contain no measurable moisture, so all energy produced goes directly to producing BTU's, and eliminates the problem of high moisture content. No BTU's are wasted driving moisture out of the firewood. It takes about 1000 BTU's to drive out each pound of moisture in firewood, E.g., 100 pounds of ordinary firewood with a moisture content of 30% will require the use of 30,000 BTU's to drive off the moisture in that firewood. |
